The typically uproarious Devi Sri Prasad turned dismal when he was requested that sing a couple lines in front of an audience after he grabbed his grant for Best Music Director (Telugu). "This is a melody I composed for my father, and I devote this every one of those cherishing fathers out there who made this life workable for us..." he said, and went ahead to murmur a couple lines of Nannaku Prematho... stifling with feeling at the same time.
