Case filed aganist Sultan movie in Muzaffarpur

A case filed against Bollywood genius Salman Khan, on-screen character Anushka Sharma, film executive Ali Zafar Abbas and others was heard in a neighborhood court for a situation of charged swindling.

Mohammad Sabir Ansari assumed name Sabir Baba, an occupant of Muzaffarpur, in a protestation case documented in the boss legal justice's court here on July 8, had fought that Salman Khan, the saint of Bollywood flick "Sultan" discharged a week ago, had guaranteed to give him Rs 20 crore as sovereignty for making a film in view of his life.

His direction Sudhir Kumar Ojha said that Sabir had portrayed his story to Salman Khan in Mumbai in 2010 and the on-screen character then guaranteed the cash if a film was made taking into account it.

The case came up for listening to today before the CJM, Muzaffarpur, Ram Chandra Prasad, who exchanged it to the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, S K Tripathi and settled July 26, 2016 as the following date of hearing.

The case has been recorded under vaious segments of IPC including 420 (deceiving and unscrupulously actuating conveyance of property), 406 (discipline for criminal rupture of trust), 504 (deliberate affront with expectation to incite break of peace) and 506 (discipline for criminal terrorizing).
